Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. Besties is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.

We currently do not ship to North Dakota, South Dakota, or Utah.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. Besties is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the carrier.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
